Tanggung Jawab :
- Membuat dan melaksanakan analisa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi aktivitas proyek dalam pengembangan dan improvement BRISyariah dengan kriteria tertentu sesuai Project Life Cycle dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas deliverables uker
- Merencanakan, mengkoordinasikan, memonitor dan mendelegasikan solusi terkait perbaikan problem yang terjadi pada saat kegiatan improvement project
- Berperan aktif dalam tugas-tugas lain sesuai dengan peran dan kompetensinya untuk mencapai target/standar yang ditetapkan secara efektif dan efisien
- Melakukan mapping process di semua unit kerja BRISyariah dalam rangka memetakan kebutuhan perubahan dan improvement untuk selanjutnya merekomendasikan perbaikan yang dibutuhkan
- Dapat menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan semua project owner
Requirements:
- Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 35 tahun, Pendidikan Minimal S1, lebih disukai dari Jurusan Ekonomi atau Teknik
- Berpengalaman di perbankan dan pengelolaan proyek minimal 2 tahun
